We want you to be happy with your FIELDHAUS order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right.

Returns & Refunds

Because FIELDHAUS products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or other preference-based reasons.

Free Size Exchange: If your item doesn't fit, we'll remake it in the correct size at no cost to you — one free size exchange per order, within 30 days of delivery. Just contact us at info@fieldhaushome.com with your order number and the size you need instead. No need to send the original item back.

We will also provide a replacement or refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• You receive an incorrect item
• Your order contains a production error

Please contact info@fieldhaushome.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll let you know the next steps. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
